ONE, invite God into your day...

...Stock up on staples


Next, make sure you've got pantry & home staples on hand. To avoid the crowds we’re seeing in stores these days, order online. 
Don't freak out - but get enough dry food & bottled water to last you 1-2 weeks. That should be plenty. Leave some for other families, as well... and have enough toiletries and first aid supplies, too, so you don't have to worry about running out or having to leave the house. And remember to get food, meds & supplies for your furry friends too.
But seriously - did you stock up on hand soap and sanitizer? I didn't know THIS was the proper way to wash your hands. Did you? 
Here's a tip: When washing your hands, try singing a "handwashing song, “Row, row, row your boat, gently down the stream. Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, life is but a dream" (sing 2 times for good measure). 

...Stock up on supplements

I literally do not leave home without these, and you won’t want to, either. Remember the cleaner I told you about earlier? It gets its magic power from essential oils. Now I could go into a week-long rant about ALL things oils but let’s keep this on topic. Here are the oils I am using, and exactly what you need to make sure you keep in stock:

  • Thieves
    • Diffuse 4-6 drops in a diffuser, or apply diluted on chest or feet.
  • Frankincense
    • Diffuse with Thieves, take orally and apply on bottom of feet.
  • Lavender
    • Diffuse with Thieves.
    • Apply to spine and bottom of feet.
    • BONUS – do this before bed, for fantastic sleep! The body thrives in supporting its immune system when it’s rested!
  • Raven
    • Massage onto chest, using pure fatty oil like organic coconut oil, to open up the airways.
  • Lemon
    • Diffuse with Lavender and Thieves.
    • Put a drop in a glass of water in the morning to cleanse the system.
