10 Days to a Better You

Time to get back to a better you...

Do you ever feel sluggish, mind Isn’t feeling sharp, like you’re heavier than you want to be, headaches, aches and pains, just plan feeling old?

Well, it's time to get back to a better you... I'm so excited to have discovered a healthy and sustainable way to manage my weight. I'm that person who has struggled with weight management my whole life. From the time I was a child, when my mom would take me to Slinderbolic with her, until just recently, I've had a very difficult time losing and maintaining a healthy weight.

But, not any more... If you wanna' know more, I can tell you more. I will be glad to share how I lost 33 stubborn pounds, while eating real food & cleaning the toxins out of my system in an easy and hunger satisfying way. Here's an example of just one meal I get to eat... 

Right! it's not a shake or some kind of cookie or snack bar. It's real food combined with my juice protocol.

The key is in the healthy protocol + the antioxidant juice (which curbs the appetite, balances blood sugar, supports the heart and respiratory systems & cleanses toxins out of the fat cells). People who have consumed these berries are sometimes living into their 120's. It's just a juice, a healthy juice that the whole family enjoys. And the sauce that I poured over the chicken... it cleanses the system & curbs the appetite. 

Yummy sauce

  • 3 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops Lemon Vitality oil
  • 1 toothpick swirl of Black Pepper Vitality oil
Season and broil, bake or char-grill chicken (hamburger patty, steak, fish, etc). Drizzle yummy sauce over cook dish and enjoy. 

Note: The Black Pepper Vitality oil curbs the appetite & Lemon cleanses the system.
