WILL I HAVE TO TALK ABOUT MY PAST IN DETAIL?
No. You are never required to relive or retell painful memories. This process is gentle and respects emotional boundaries.
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE WITH ESSENTIAL OILS?
Not at all. Everything is guided and explained. Simplicity and safety are prioritized.
WHAT WILL I FEEL AFTER THE SESSION?
Most clients describe feeling calmer, clearer, lighter, and more grounded in God’s presence. Results vary, but peace is often the first fruit.
IS THIS A ONE TIME SESSION?
Yes, it can be. Some clients choose to return for additional sessions, but each coaching hour stands on its own.

In this session, we'll embark on a personalized journey together, connecting through Zoom. During our first coaching session, we will craft a devotional plan infused with essential oils and uniquely designed for you. I’ll guide you with detailed, step-by-step instructions to ensure it is a perfect fit. 

This customized plan will also showcase unique tips on how to use Young Living essential oils in your spiritual practices, creating a calming and centering experience that is sure to enhance your quiet time with God. Together, we will create a rewarding and sustainable practice that you will eagerly look forward to, each and every day. 
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE SESSION WITH REGARD TO SPIRITUAL GROWTH?
In your coaching session, you'll gain a customized spiritual routine infused with essential oils, that aligns with your Christian values to develop a deeper connection with God. We will create this unique plan together on the call, plus you’ll leave the session with tools like a 7-Day Prayer Journal, a Devotional Planning and Tracking guide, and a structured Gospel Reading Plan, all designed to enhance your spiritual growth and benefit your emotional well-being.
