Bring your Bible, something warm to sip, and a quiet spot. I'll walk you through everything else once we're together on the call.
Have a Bottle of Oil Nearby
If you have a bottle of Young Living essential oil — frankincense, myrrh, spikenard, or another calming oil you love — set it beside you before we begin. If you don't have one yet, an orange peel or any natural aroma from your kitchen will work beautifully too.

There's nothing you need to buy or prepare ahead, unless you want to.
